Kumpul Kumpul Villa (http://ift.tt/2sGUNPT) is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position Job Title: Guest Support & Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities
1. Welcoming check-in guests and greeting in-house guests on daily basis, making sure their stay is comfortable. Solving any issue that they may have and assisting guests’ inquiries.

2. Guest administration work such as
· Paperwork – printing welcome notes, guest registration forms, weekly guest notice, guest feedback forms
· System – Updating daily guests status files in the system such as documents, emails etc
· Arranging airport pick up and transfer, massage, etc.
3. Sending thank you emails after guests check-out and requesting online feedback.
4. Other villa-related administration work.

Job Requirements (Please read before applying)
1. Fluent in English language both oral and written is necessary. This position requires daily conversation with guests so oral fluency in English language is a must.
2. Pleasant, energetic and outgoing personality, team player and ability to solve problems efficiently. Female preferred, male are welcomed to apply.
3. Experience in hospitality industry is preferred. Previous job experience that requires fluent communication in English (Oral & Written) such as Guest Relations, Guest Service, Reservation Agent, Reception, English Teacher, Tour Guide etc will be considered.
4. 6 working days a week, 1 year contract.

Education Requirements
Minimum D3 or above with minimum 1 or 2 years of direct work experience in hospitality industry.

• You are dynamic self starter , excellent Mandarin communication skills and strong orientation to bottom-line results

6. Japanese Sales Manager

• Reporting to the DOS & M you will develop and implement effective sales and communication strategies to position the image of our Resort to our target customer and agent in Japan
• You should have at least 1 years experience in resort sales and marketing with a 5 star international resort .
• You are dynamic self starter , excellent communication skills and strong orientation to bottom-line results

7. Native Russian Sales Manager

• Reporting to the DOS & M you will develop and implement effective sales and communication strategies to position the image of our Resort to our target customer and agent in Russia
• You should have at least 1 years experience in resort sales and marketing with a 5 star international resort .
• You are dynamic self starter , excellent communication skills and strong orientation to bottom-line results

8. Daily Worker Bell Driver

• Male max. 25 years old
• Experience and/or educated in respective field for minimum 6 months
• Able to drive buggy and have driver license (SIM A)
• You should be a dynamic self starter, excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Good attitude & able to work under pressure
• Able to join immediately
