Hanging Gardens Ubud, world class boutique hotel with 5* stars reputation of service with new expanding and growing resort urgently is inviting dynamic professional candidates for the position of:

1. EXECUTIVE CHEF
  • Young Indonesian national who is Chef by heart and sole
  • Eager Executive Sous Chefs or Chef de Cuisines are welcome who believe that they are ready to take that chance to lead a proud kitchen brigade to another culinary level and who wants to work hard to earn a prestigious Michelin Star Award in near future   
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a same position or at least as Executive Sous Chef within 5* Hotels/Resorts or at least within top leading Fine Dining restaurants. A bright horizon on food and presentation is required.
  • A perfect cost and expense controller
  • Able to cost menu’s and very knowledgeable in creating menu’s according to trend and with finesse and flair
  • Excellent knowledge with International cuisine, specifically with French and Mediterranean
  • Hands on attitude who permanently seeks direct involvement at the stove to lead and train his kitchen brigade – no ‘Office Chef’ to apply!
  • Seeks satisfying results for our guests and not just show casing his talent to owners 
  • Highly creative and innovative, dynamic, cooperative, active and diverse; strict but fair; dedication to perfection! 
  • Interpersonal and excellent communication skills
  • A Chef who loves to greet his guests and taking personal care to assure perfection and excellent quality and highly innovative presentation on plated food is served
  • A Master in his role as a dominant but fair kitchen leader – a Chef who can deliver and assure total satisfaction in all culinary aspects of cooking and presentation
  • Good English language skills are essential for this role
2. EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
  • Young Indonesian national who is Chef by heart and sole
  • Eager Senior or Sous Chefs are welcome who believe that they are ready to take that chance to assist the Executive Chef and to lead a proud kitchen brigade to another culinary level and who wants to work hard to earn a prestigious Michelin Star Award in near future 
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a same position or at least as Sous Chef within 5* Hotels/Resorts or at least within top leading Fine Dining restaurants. A bright horizon on food and presentation is required.

3. SOUS CHEF
  • Young Indonesian national who is Chef by heart and sole
  • Eager Chef de Parties’ are welcome who believe that they are ready to take that chance to assist the Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef with daily functions in the kitchen and to lead a proud kitchen brigade of Junior Chefs to another culinary level
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a same position or at least as Chef de Partie within 5* Hotels/Resorts or at least within top leading Fine Dining restaurants. A bright horizon on food and presentation is required.
  • Able in creating menu’s according to trend and with finesse and flair
  • Excellent knowledge with International cuisine, specifically with French and Mediterranean
  • Hands on attitude who permanently seeks direct involvement at the stove to lead and train and assist the kitchen brigade
  • Seeks satisfying results for our guests
  • Highly creative and innovative, dynamic, cooperative, active and diverse; strict but fair; dedication to perfection!

4. JUNIOR CHEF
  • Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment 
  • 1 or more years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Development and management of a chef team
5. SPA RECEPTIONIST
  • Female, Age max 25-30 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position
  • Excellent communication skill in English
  • Well grooming, pleasant personality
6. NAIL ART ARTIST
  • Female, Age max 25-30 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position
  • Well grooming, pleasant personality
  • Able to perform manicure and pedicure techniques, nail art and has knowledge of nail product and treatment.
7. YOGA INSTRUCTOR
  • Male or Female, age mac 25-30 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to perform yoga classes in individual or group setting
8. WEDDING & EVENTS EXECUTIVE
  • Able to communicate clearly in and process a good command of verbal and written English.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience on the same position in 5* hospitality industry or preferably within a leading Wedding & Events company in Bali 
  • Excellent Customer Service and Organizational Skill and ability to understand and respond to individual guest needs and requirements.
  • Has experiences on researching market to identify opportunities for events
9. HAIR STYLIST
  • Male or female and has a minimum of 2 year experiences at the same position
  • Thorough knowledge of hair styles, hair care products and related procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Physical mobility, able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Able to perform hair style consultation in order to decide what services the client needs
  • Able to provides services to clients such as shampooing, cutting, styling, coloring and highlighting as desired
  • Attractive person and able to develop new base of customers
10. WAITER/WAITRESS  & BARTENDER
  • Well grooming and age max between 21-25 years old
  • Has minimum of 2 years’ experience at the position
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guest needs and requirements.
  • Candidates preferred with background in 4* or 5* Hotels or leading restaurants
