The Resort Manager oversees all facets of the hotel operation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Resort Manager is tasked with ensuring an exceptional experience for the primary constituents of the business: the guests and the employees. The Resort Manager ensures that guests receive an exceptional resort experience; employees are directed, supervised, developed and treated fairly; and that the company's financial interests are managed, protected, and grown. The Resort Manager oversees the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, Boutique, and Maintenance departments, and liaises with dive operations and the corporate and reservation offices.
