Hospitality Sales Solutions with head office in Sydney is looking for someone to build and manage our Bali office.
We are a marketing company managing many of our clients Bali properties worldwide especially Australia and New Zealand via both their own website and ours, Bali Villas Group – http://ift.tt/1CAXFQp
The successful person will needs to demonstrate
1. Exceptional customer service skills which help increase revenue,
2. Strong B2B negation skills,
3. Strong sales skills and be able to present and influence successfully
4. Motivate a small team of staff. Must be proactive and VERY hands on
Responsibilities include:
• Signing up new properties within our group
• Seek opportunities, actively, to increase revenue
• Manage the Reservations Department to meet and exceed budgeted targets
• Be involved in developing a successful strategic sales plan
• Develop the Reservations Team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent Guest and customer service
• To oversee and control reservation procedures and to maximize all bookings / reservations
• Recruit, select, and train Team Members
