Elegant,
classic Balinese Villa in Uluwatu seeks an experienced VILLA MANAGER to assist in managing the day to day
activities of the villa and to carry out administrative functions as required.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Conducts daily
Furniture, Fixture and Equipment inspection to ensure all items are properly
functioning and maintained in accordance to company standards, to include
carpet, walls, light bulbs, windows and overall general cleanliness.
2. Communicates
and coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the villa is well
kept on a consistent basis.
3. Monitors and
maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the villa.
4. Checks storage
area for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness.
5. Ordering/replenishing
of supplies as required.
6. Administrative
works as required from time to time.
7. Respond to
special requests, errands, and related duties as needed
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 – 3 years
of related experience working as Admin Manager or with an extensive hotel
(housekeeping) background
2. Broad knowledge
of household items and their care.
3. Resourceful
4. A superb
command of the English language, both written and oral
5. Must be
meticulous, highly organized, a good record keeper, and have excellent
managerial skills
6. Utmost
discretion and confidentiality is necessary
7. Must possess a
valid driver's license, an advantage
